Living in the countryside has tons of pros. For example, you get to see your neighbor’s donkeys every time you get out to take in some fresh air after a long day of work. They’re often overshadowed by their equine counterparts or your usual cats and dogs, but they have a unique charm that can’t be beaten. The long ears, big eyes, and lipped mouths that hide big-ass teeth are the main reasons why they look so funny. But don’t let their appearance deceive you; donkeys are very kind-hearted and sensitive animals who make great pets. Just add that they’re hard-working animals that have supported humanity for farming, transport, and as pack animals for centuries, and you just got the perfect companion.
