Once there was old farmer with an old horse. He set out one morning with his young son, to sell the horse before it died. Both walked, because they did not want the horse to be too tired.
A man on the road said, “Why are you walking, farmer? You have a horse. It’s a long way to the market.” The farmer saw this true, so he rode on the horse.
Then they met two old ladies. ” What are you doing up there farmer? Can’t you see how tired your boy is?” So the farmer got down, and his son rode instead.
Next three old man stopped them asking. “Why are you walking, farmer? It’s too hot for an old man like you to walk today,” So the farmer got up behind his son.
Some time later, a young woman passed them. “It isn’t far from market. Give your poor old horse a rest.” So the farmer and his boy got down once again.
It is a fact that you cannot please all the people all the time.
I can’t give you a sure-fire formula for success, but I can give you formula for failure : try to please everybody all the time.
