Most educational institutions still follow a more traditional system that tends to benefit extroverted folks – with group activities and class discussions, for example.

We’re all human beings with our own feelings and emotions, and frankly, it’s in our nature to doubt ourselves and our abilities – no matter if we’re 14 or 82.
